Common questions

My note disappeared — is that a bug?

No — it's the whole idea. Every note is born with a lifetime (10 minutes to 1 week) and dissolves when its time runs out. Expired notes rest in the Archive (the entry at the bottom of the list) for up to 30 days, where you can restore them before they're gone for good.

How do I keep a note permanently?

Tap the note, then tap Keep. Kept notes live in the KEPT section and never fade. Tap Let fade to put one back on the clock.

What does OTN Pro include?

A one-time purchase that removes ads on iPhone and syncs your notes across iPhone, iPad and Mac through your own iCloud account. Restore it any time from Settings → OTN Pro → Restore.

Sync isn't working.

Make sure OTN Pro is purchased (or restored) on the device, iCloud is signed in, and the Sync with iCloud toggle is on in Settings on every device.
